Categories of Information Disclosed and Parties to Whom We Disclose

The Bank may disclose information when necessary to assist in servicing your accounts, to comply with court orders, to a credit bureau or similar information reporting agency, or if client requests or consents to disclose.

Information about clients may also be disclosed to approved non-financial third party companies such as: consumer reporting groups, check printers, plastic card processors and government agencies. The approved companies that work with the Bank do not sell client information given to them, and are committed to maintaining strong confidentiality protections.

Be assured that every measure is being taken to keep customers' privacy and identify safe.

 
Simple Steps to Protect Client Privacy
  1. Protect passwords and PINs (personal identification numbers).
  2. Use caution when disclosing account numbers to others.
  3. Keep private information with the Bank current. Phone number, email and home address updates allow the Bank to send notifications if concerns arise.
